    Payment Policy:

    1. The Institute for Supply Management – Spokane provides educational, support and career enrichment services and information to its members through meetings, workshops, seminars, group sessions, trade shows and other educational events. Annual membership dues and events for which there is a cost may be paid online.

    Refund Policy:

    1. Meetings: fees for attendance (including meal costs, if any) at workshops, seminars, general meetings, group sessions and other educational events will be refunded in full if a written cancellation from the attendee is received no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the date of the event 
    2. Seminars: fees for attendance (including meal costs, if any) seminars will be refunded in full if a written cancellation from the attendee is received no less than seven (7) days prior to the date of the event.
    3. Membership fees (dues): Membership fees are non-refundable. The term of the membership fee is the full fee from registration date until December 31 of the year of new membership. Renewal payments will be due no later than January 15 of each year following new registration.
    4. Fees associated with trade shows: booth fees are fully refundable if a written cancellation is received no less than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the trade show. No refunds will be made for cancellations received within sixty (60) days of the first day of the show. Advertising fees are not refundable.
